Changing profile of the PCMS Contact Centre Business Development Team
9th March 2010The PCMS Business Development Team is going through a period of expansion following a successful year in 2009. Due to the number of telemarketing, appointment booking, telesales, list cleansing and lead generation campaigns currently planned the team will expand by the end of Spring 2010.
Currently there is a diverse range of experience on the team ranging from 12 years pure sales to new telemarketers with a strong customer care background. All team members have dynamic customer services skills and are specialists in offering relationship based telemarketing and appointment booking. The team are dedicated to the success of our customer campaigns and combine the telemarketing and appointment booking campaigns with list cleansing and customer care to ensure every customer or business contact made adds value.
Successful campaigns to date have included appointment booking, seminar booking, data/list cleansing and lead generation for a number of customers across a wide range of industries. Business Development agents are well versed in changing from one campaign to another with ease.
At PCMS we use this resource for our own lead generation across the UK and US propositions and are enjoying the benefits of the successes of the team.
