Service Impact Monitor
The Service Impact Monitor provides real time access to alerts within the PCMS Enterprise Management System, enabling a rapid response and turnaround.
The solution provides a real-time graphical representation showing all areas of a customer's operation, including key business systems, trading processes, device infrastructure, trading partners and end-users.
This is a business led solution, which will show the impact that any alert raised by the system has on the customer's critical business infrastructure and what the impact is to both the end user and the customer. Thereby enabling the response and approach to be tailored to the impacts on the business.
